In October 2023, the Inner wheel Club Bombay Queen's Tiara embarked on a series of impactful projects aimed at enhancing community welfare and support across Mumbai and Maharashtra.


  • Animal Welfare Monthly Feeding (Project 21): On October 1st, the club initiated the "Animal Welfare Monthly Feeding" project with the objective of providing essential fodder and care for 500 cows at the Shree Sanjeevni Sau Seva Samiti in Bhiwandi, Mumbai. This initiative, costing Rs 1000, aimed to ensure the welfare and well-being of these animals on a regular basis, reflecting the club's commitment to animal welfare monthly project by our Club President Kavita Waghani.


  • Special Lunch Distribution (Project 22): Simultaneously on October 4th, the club member Maitreyi collaborated with the Society of Education for Challenged in Agripada, Mumbai, and sponsored the "Special Lunch Distribution" project. With a budget of Rs 4000, the endeavor focused on distributing specially prepared lunches to 57 specially-abled adults and children, fostering inclusivity and support within the community.


  • Creating Activity Room for Kids (Project 23): Also on October 4th, the club undertook the "Creating Activity Room for Kids" project. With a substantial budget of Rs 300,000, this joint venture between Inner wheel Club Bombay Queens Tiara and Intercont Freight Liner Pvt Ltd aimed to renovate a room at Shed, Kalina, into an activity space for 1000 children. The goal was to provide these youngsters with a conducive environment for growth and learning.


  • Gift Snack Distribution (Project 24): Another heartwarming effort on October 4th was the "Gift Snack Distribution" project. Costing Rs 3500, this endeavour involved distributing gift snacks to 350 children at the Shanti Ratna Vidya Mandir with Manray in Manor, Maharashtra. The objective was to spread joy and happiness among these young students through simple acts of kindness. Our Club VP Siddhi sponsored the same for her birthday.


  • Education Support - School Bags Donation (Project 25): On October 4th Continuing the spirit of support, on the same day, Inner wheel Club IPP Jigna donated school bags to 183 children at the Palghar Inner wheel Happy Village-Shed. With a budget of INR 27,450, this initiative aimed to support the education of these children and ease their academic journey.


  • Gift Snack Distribution (Project 26): Additionally, on October 4th our club VP Siddhi led another "Gift Snack Distribution" initiative on October 4th. With a budget of INR 3300, Siddhi distributed gift snacks to 77 individuals at the Palghar Inner wheel Happy Village-Shed, spreading happiness and cheer among both children and adults alike.


  • Medical Supplies to Happy Village (Project 27): Furthermore, medical supplies were provided to the Palghar Happy Village Medical Centre in Palghar, benefiting approximately 100 individuals and community at large. This project aimed to support the healthcare needs of the community, ensuring access to necessary medical resources. Donation in kind was made for oxy meter and oxy breath at the medical clinic worth INR 70000.


  • Snack Distribution (Project 28): Lastly, on October 4th, our club IPP Jigna distributed snacks to 100 kids and adults at the Inner wheel Happy Village Shed in Palghar. With a budget of INR 1000, this project contributed to their well-being and happiness, reflecting the club's commitment to community service and welfare.


  • Breakfast Distribution for Navratri (Project 29): On October 1st, Kavita Waghani orchestrated a breakfast distribution event during Navratri at Mahalaxmi Temple Lane in Mumbai. With a budget of INR 1500, nourishing meals were provided to cops and volunteers around 50 people, ensuring their energy and well-being during the festive period.


  • Breakfast Distribution by Shama (Project 30): Concurrently, October 1st Shama led another breakfast distribution initiative at Mahalaxmi Temple Lane. With a budget of INR 1500, this project catered to 200 cops and volunteers, ensuring they started their day with a nutritious meal to sustain them during the festivities.


  • Breakfast Distribution by Sejal (Project 31): Likewise, Sejal, a dedicated club member, organized a breakfast distribution event at Mahalaxmi Temple Lane, also on October 1st. With a budget of INR 1500, nourishing meals were provided to 50 cops and volunteers, fostering community support and well-being during Navratri.


  • Branding During Navratri outside Mahalaxmi Temple Lane (Project 32): Additionally, the club undertook a unique branding initiative at Mahalaxmi Temple Lane during Navratri in the month of October. With a budget of INR 1500 sponsored by our club President Kavita Waghani, a branding flex was displayed, reaching out to the community viewers on Bhulabhai Desai Road, enhancing visibility and engagement during the festive season.


  • Mental Health Awareness at SVPT School (Project 33): Transitioning to Thane on October 26th, a joint project between Thane Midwest and Thane ACES was launched at SVPT School. With a substantial budget of INR 15,000, this initiative aimed to raise awareness about mental health, benefitting 637 students and promoting well-being and support within the community. Through CSR collaboration with Aditya Birla Education Trust for the centurion year to spread awareness on mental health.


On October 27th, several significant projects were executed:


  • CSR Fund for Activity Room (Project 34): On October 27th Collaborating with, Ashtech Infotech India Pvt Ltd, Aashni a member of the club contributed CSR of INR 100000 towards renovation of the room at Shed Kalina in Mumbai. This initiative aimed to provide a space for community development and engagement.


  • Medical Aid for Senior Citizen (Project 35): On October 27th, another impactful endeavour, the club provided medical aid in the form of a wheelchair donation at King George Memorial in Worli, Lower Parel, Mumbai, enhancing the mobility and quality of life for a senior citizen, this donation was made by our club President Kavita Waghani and Bhumi a private Donor.


  • Support Education for Substance Abuse (Project 36): On October 27th Additionally, educational initiatives addressing substance abuse were supported at Bal Bhavan Bandra in Mumbai, benefiting 45 individuals and contributing to mental health awareness. Through CSR collaboration with Aditya Birla Education Trust for the centurion year to spread awareness on mental health.


On October 28th:


  • Food Distribution for Underprivileged Travelers (Project 37): On October 28th: Our Club President Kavita Waghani distributed nutritious food to 50 underprivileged travellers at Nasik Ram Kund Street, Nasik, Maharashtra, with a budget of INR 3000. This initiative aimed to alleviate hunger and provide sustenance and support during their journey.
